Nurse Practitioner
Victoria Perry is an experienced Nurse Practitioner with a passion for supporting nurses to grow in confidence, capability, and leadership. Drawing on extensive clinical experience and a commitment to professional development, Victoria provides supportive and practical supervision and mentorship tailored to individual needs. She works with nurses on the Nurse Practitioner pathway, newly registered Nurse Practitioners, and experienced nurses seeking professional guidance, career direction, or a space for reflective practice. Victoria's collaborative approach encourages critical thinking, resilience, and professional growth, helping nurses navigate challenges, achieve their goals, and thrive in advanced nursing practice. For the past ten years she has been an academic mentor/supervisor for the Massey University Nurse Practitioner Training Programme. She a regular panellist for the Nursing Council of NZ NP registration panels as well as undertaking initial portfolio assessments.
