Accommodation Tariffs

Tariffs are quoted in New Zealand Dollars and are GST inclusive.
Christmas + New Year: Please check for relevant dates (I.e.19/12/09-09/01/2010)
High Season: End of New Year period - 31st March + 1st December - start of Christmas period
Shoulder Season: 1st April - 31st May (*not including Easter) + 1st Oct - 30th November
Low Season: 1st June - 30th September
* Easter is charged at High Season rate when falling in April.

• Linen, towels and toiletries are included for all guests
• Full clean on departure include, guests are requested to leave the property in a tidy condition
• Bed making and hygiene clean are provided for B+B stays of more than one night unless declined

Cancellation policy

For self-catering bookings

• Where cancellation occurs within 7 days arrival - full tariff will be payable
• Where cancellation occurs within 30 days arrival - 25% of tariff will be payable
• Where re-sale is achieved a full refund will be given

* It is recommended that guests use the protection of sufficient travel insurance cover to avoid cancellation worries.
